Rights and obligations of authors

Responsibilities of the authors Authors are personally responsible for the text of the manuscript provided to the editorial office of the journal and adhere to the following principles:

  1. The list of authors of the article contains all persons who made a significant contribution to the preparation of the manuscript of the material.
  2. All co-authors initially agree with the choice of the only representative of their team as a contact person for negotiations with the Editorial Board. The same contact person is responsible for keeping the co-authors informed about the progress of negotiations with the Editorial Board.
  3. Auto p ( s) are to the Revised results of original research. The materials of third-party research required for the preparation of the manuscript are provided with bibliographic references, which are designed in accordance with the requirements of the magazine.
  4. There are no unformed quotes, incorrect borrowing, copyright violations and plagiarism in the text.
  5. Auto r ( s) are fully responsible for all provided material, ensuring that there is no falsified or fabricated data in it.
  6. The text of the presented article was not previously published and is not simultaneously submitted to other journals for review.
  7. Self-citation is limited to a maximum of 5 links per article.
  8. The graphic material presented in the manuscript is either original and belongs to the authors of the manuscript on the basis of copyright, or is made out with the help of bibliographic references.
  9. The author of the article is a person who was directly involved in writing the article, developing and collecting material, analysis and interpretation. The team of authors decides any questions about authorship independently, this area does not fall within the competence of the Editorial Board, but the Editorial Board reserves the right to suspend the preparation of the manuscript for publication in the event of a valid conflict between the authors.
  10. In case of violation of ethical principles by the authors, the Editorial Board, after clarifying the reasons for the violation, reserves the right to withdraw the article from the preparation for publication or from an already published issue.
  11. If plagiarism is proven, the editors reserve the right to reject a manuscript of the author and to stop cooperation with individual meters ( s) author (s).
  12. In case , if plagiarism is discovered after publication, the editors reserve the right to withdraw the article from the magazine.

Reviewer's rights and obligations

  1. The reviewer carries out a scientific examination of copyright materials in order to objectively assess the quality of the submitted article and determine the degree of its compliance with scientific, literary and ethical standards.
  2. A reviewer who does not consider himself to be a specialist in the field of the subject of the article or knows that he will not be able to submit a review of the article in a timely manner, within 2 days after receiving the article for review, must notify the editor-in-chief and refuse to review it.
  3. The reviewer cannot be the author or co-author of the manuscript, scientific advisor or scientific consultant of any of the authors of the manuscript.
  4. Reviewers objectively evaluate the text and point out in detail the advantages and disadvantages of the submitted manuscript.
  5. If the reviewer suspects plagiarism, authorship or falsification of data, he must inform the editorial board of this.
  6. The peer-reviewed article is a confidential document, the reviewer has no right to transfer the text for review or discussion to third parties. In the event of a conflict of interest, the reviewer, author, or a third party who has gained access to the unpublished text should immediately inform the editorial board of this.

Rights and obligations of the editor

  1. When deciding on publication, the editor-in-chief of the journal is guided by the reliability of the data presented and the scientific significance of the work in question.
  2. The editor-in-chief should not have his own interests in relation to articles that he rejects or accepts.
  3. The editor-in-chief of the journal is responsible for deciding which of the submitted articles will be accepted for publication and which are rejected. In doing so, he is guided by the policy of the magazine and adheres to the legal foundations, preventing copyright infringement and plagiarism.
  4. The editor-in-chief preliminarily evaluates the submitted article solely on its scientific content, regardless of the race of the authors, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, nationality, citizenship, origin, social status or political views.
  5. The editors of the journal and members of the editorial board of the journal do not have the right to disclose information about the articles received by the editorial board, with the exception of a narrow circle of persons directly related to the article and the process of preparing it for publication.
  6. Unpublished data obtained from submitted manuscripts should not be used by the editor-in-chief, editorial staff, reviewers, members of the editorial and publishing group or editorial board for personal purposes or transferred to third parties (without written consent).
  7. The editor-in-chief should not allow the submitted article to be published if the reviewer or members of the editorial board have sufficient grounds to believe that the article contains elements of copyright infringement and / or plagiarism.
  8. The editor-in-chief, together with the publisher, should not leave unanswered claims regarding the reviewed manuscripts or published materials. If a conflict situation is detected, they must take all necessary measures to restore violated rights, and if errors are detected, they must contribute to the publication of corrections or refutations.
  9. The editor-in-chief, editorial staff, reviewers and members of the editorial board of the journal must ensure the confidentiality of names and other information concerning reviewers. If necessary, then when deciding on the attraction of a new reviewer, the latter can be informed about the names of the previous reviewers.
